Contact Brett Hogan

Brett is a general litigation lawyer who practises mainly in areas of criminal law, family law and personal injuries.

Brett is a graduate of the Monash Law School Juris Doctor program and has a Bachelor of Social Welfare degree with a minor in Australian Indigenous studies. Earlier in his career in the human services field he also qualified and worked as a Registered Nurse (Div. 4 Disability) and he maintains a strong interest in disability issues and human rights.

With many years experience working in disability services and youth justice with the Department of Human Services and non-governments agencies, as well as a more recent stint with the Transport Accident Commission, Brett is well placed to advocate for individuals in a wide range of circumstances and with a diverse range of needs.

Brett grew up on a farm in country Victoria and enjoys the rural lifestyle and sense of community that Castlemaine preserves.
