Contact Vesna Pocuca

Vesna practises in litigation matters and has particularly broad experience in Family Law matters including marriages and defacto relationships, dealing with divorces, property settlements and arrangements for children. Vesna always aims toward finding efficient and practical solutions to problems.

Prior to joining LMSW Lawyers (now Robertson HYETTS), Vesna practised in Family Law and obtained valuable experience in Wills and Estates, Employment Law, Building Disputes and Criminal Law. This background has given Vesna a broad understanding of some of the other issues that face couples when they separate.

Vesna graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Victoria University in 2004. She has been admitted to provide practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and all Federal Courts of Australia. Vesna is a member of Family Law section of the Law Institute Victoria.

Before arriving in Australia Vesna practised in Law in the former Yugoslavia, where she also completed a Bachelor of Laws degree. She speaks Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian and Macedonian languages.
