When you decide to sell your property it is a requirement of the Sale of Land Act that you provide to the purchaser a vendor's statement declaring certain information about your property.
- We can assist you in preparing the vendor's statement so you or your agent can provide it to a potential purchaser.
- We can also prepare your Contract of Sale of land.
- Once the property has been sold we will continue to protect your interests right up until settlement.
- As part of the process we will arrange with your bank to discharge any mortgage you have on the certificate of title.
