Powers of Attorney / Administration Orders

Whilst everyone may be aware of the need to make a will to ensure assets are protected and family provided for in the event of death few realise the importance of having a power of attorney to do the same things during their lifetime while if they are unavailable or unable to do so.

There are four types of power of attorney:

If a person cannot grant a power of attorney it is possible to apply for an Administration Order.
