Andrew leads the firm’s dispute resolution team. His experience includes conducting Supreme Court dispute resolution for a large number of clients, including Bendigo Bank. He has acted for commercial property developers, private clients in tax-related areas and in relation to deceased estates, including appeal cases.
Upon his admission to practise, Andrew worked initially in Melbourne concentrating on dispute resolution, including appearing in the Magistrates, County and Federal Courts and with the litigation partner at the then mid-tier firm of Clarke Richards.
Andrew moved to Bendigo in 1988. He was admitted to partnership at Hyetts in 1994, and has been a partner with Robertson Hyetts since 1998.

Qualifications
Andrew was admitted to practise in 1982 and holds both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees. He graduated Master of Laws at Monash University in 1997, specialising in commercial and tax law and has the following qualifications:

Outside the office Andrew’s interests include classical music, food and wine.
