Jessica joined the firm with a depth of experience in employment law and workplace relations.
While completing her law degree at Monash, she worked for the Law Institute of Victoria. Upon graduation, Jessica worked as a senior workplace relations advisor for an employer association, and as a partner at a Melbourne based law firm before opening her own practice dedicated to providing national employer solutions.
Jessica relocated to Bendigo with her family and advises predominately employer clients on all aspects of litigious and non-litigious employment law matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal and general protections claims; drafting contracts and workplace policies and providing strategic restructuring advice.

Outside of the office Jessica is passionate about animal welfare, Richmond Football Club and is a member of the Concordis Chamber Choir.
