At work in 2021 – Business Priorities and Challenges, Culture, Engagement and a way forward
On Tuesday 20th April the Bendigo Regional HR Network and Be.Bendigo presented a Zoom session with speakers Pam Macdonald and Amalia Chilianis who discussed the priorities and challenges for workplaces in 2021, ways to boost staff engagement and how to define and manage an organisation’s culture.
Amalia Chilianis talked about what she sees as potential priorities, challenges and ways forward as we all continue to navigate through COVID and beyond.
Pam MacDonald then expanded on her brain theory session from 2020 to provide tips and insights on how to strengthen your approach to getting employees back into the office and how to connect and communicate with both sides of employees’ brains (as well as their hearts). Pam also took a deep dive into culture and outlined three observable and clear elements that can be defined and managed to sustain your business’ desired culture.
